Manual, not electric.
So it tilts up but won't go any further and yes I do push the button in.
(Wonderin if that is where the problem is, if so.......? To be frank, doesn't feel like it thought the handle is a bit wobbly despite my tightening the screw.)
Gets opened fairly regularly and never had this problem before. Don't want to force anything.
Please, does anyone have any ideas where to look as I can't even poke my head through it to look into the channels nor nuffin!
Regards
Stan.

Hi Stan, IMO if the handle is floppy the problem is in that area so a simple check would be to swap the handle from rear to front and see what happens, if that's floppy too and does the same you'll have to investigate further up the shaft, and that's about all i can help with that cos i have no ideea how that mechanism is working

Hi Stan, having done mine, I had to replace the complete, handle a gears as they were simply worn out, , I did mine when I had the sun roof out as but the other items I found was the worn drive for each side were very dry, so I totally stripped them out an have the a good soak in oil, finally, one factor is there are two small plastic guides one on each side if one is broken it twists the window an stops it going back after going up, can be a major job, as I had my headliner out at the same time
