Disco 2 Facelift Headlamp washer jet removal

Hi all, im trying to remove my n/s/f bumper finisher.Have removed the 5 retaining screws and have tried to remove the headlamp washer jet so i can slide off the bumper finisher so i can repaint it as it has some nasty scuffs and scrapes on it. The problem i have is that the little bugger does not want to come out.Have used a small crewdriver throught the washer jet hole to release the retaining clip but to no avail.It just will not come out.
Any help would be muchly appreciated

The finisher has 3 " barbs " on it. Theres 2 that flat ones under the headlamp which you can gently ease with a small flat screwdriver whilst carefully pulling the finisher from the wheel end in a " forwards outwards " direction. You,ll then see the other barb/locator which slots in the main bumper at the fog lamp end.

With regard to the washer nozzle. There is enough slack on the hose to get behind it, ( whilst still mounted to the finisher ), and pull the pipe off. ( you,ll find that the pipe is pushed on to small male end which " snaps " into the jet body. There is a " U " shaped spring clip that holds the washer in place, this can be got of by hand or pliers. ( YOU CANT GET THE WASHER JET OF FROM THE TOP ).
