depends on who and where , used box tend t be cheaper, but you need to ascertain fault first

Taken it for a little test drive and noticed it works and responds like it should in low gear...when in high it's sluggish...slow off mark and does what I said above with reverse.

Did the same thing when I started it....in high...in reverse foot flat down and staying at idle rev...nothing kicked in until I put in park and revs shot up since foot on excelerator...the straight in to reverse but took about 3 seconds to slowly reverse until revs picked up.

Hello Dave,

I’m afraid not!!! It is still happening....I got a feeling that the pack within the auto box is on its last legs :-(

Just an update i messed around with mine today cleaned xyz switch plug and ecu with brake cleaner and also gearbox ecu behind glovebox now all is good hopefully stays that way

Was it easy to remove the XYZ switch and do the repair...well clean inside it?
Yes i took a pic of location to put it back then two 10mm bolts and 13 mm bolt and off drill the top of the rivets out and your in mine was cleanish inside but bit of dirt cane out then zip tied back together
