hi everyone my first post on here so here goes
Amber light constantly on for suspension nanocom says no fault found but when I went in to slabs outputs the right sensor value reads 0 left was on 70 voltages where 4.8 and 5.1 which I'm sure is ok .new sensor fitted to the right this week also disconnected sensor linkage and manually moved it up and down while watching nanocom readout which stayed on zero . Also tried another slabs module but no different showed same readout . Swapped compressor and solenoid valve but that didn't help . air bags are 6 months old all the bits swapped before I got the nanocom . I can blow up left side with nanocom although it says target height not reached if you repeat a few times it keeps going up . Right side will not inflate at all if I switch pipes on the solenoid valve right hand will lift . My gut feeling is faulty connection or broken wire between ride height sensor and slabs module anyone have experience of this before or where I should look or am I barking up the wrong tree . As they say a little knowledge is dangerous ! I know I could stick some springs on but past experience with the defender I had to put heavy duty springs on to cope with the weight and the ride was too hard for any sort of comfort . I do a lot of 200 mile round trips and when it's working that air suspension is lovely . Thanks in advance for any help received.

Hi. Your gut feeling is correct you have to rewire that circuit unless the problem is in the connector, see the description https://www.ebay.com/itm/151466538011if you make continuity test and find a broken wire connect the vendor cos he can make you a connector with long enough wires to reach C0392 or the SLABS ECU, the following pics should make it clear

Thanks sierrafery photos and wiring diagrams made that job easy . All connections tested good for continuity right up to the slabs .Maybe worth a new connector that fits onto the height sensor as that's the only connection I can't properly test . Any other ideas ? Am I right in thinking that a good feed to slabs nanocom would give a sensor value ? Thanks for any help offered.

Swap the senosrs and if after that it's the same result means that even with good continuity test the wiring is bad as long as the ECU was ruled out, if with swapped sensors the fault goes to the other side you know that a new sensor is needed.

Hi sierrafery I swapped sensors and all seems to work at least until I went to put a cable tie around the sensor plug for a bit of added security . Air bags emptied and warning light on . So I’ve ordered new connectors with the tails on hoping that’ll be the end of this .thanks so much for your help
