i have fitted a set of standard front fog/driving lights to my discovery 2004 commercial along with the plastic bumper cover pods, fitted an additional relay in the under bonnet fuse box and got the correct dashboard switch.
My problem is that even with all these bits fitted i cant get the lights to come on, do i need to have the Body control module re flashed to recognize the newly fitted lights???
If i put a wire across the switch to give the lights a feed they do light up so i know that the circuit is ok but having checked the disco wiring diagramme to looks like the lights get a DC ground from the Body control module.
any ideas chaps or is it a visit to my local dealer to get it on test book
