hi guys need some help , its the central locking all doors open and close as should but the tailgate button just flys up then back down so wont open i can open it with the key tho , ive taken the rear panel off and the actuator moves up and down very easily was wondering if this was the fault or i believe there maybe a broken spring somewhere , any advise would be appreciated

I would look at the spring , l'ill blighters to change.

thanks neilly ive had a look at changing the spring pics on here dont look like fun , button seems to be working in reverse if that makes any sence
