Ok I've done a search and mostly found TD5 stuff so not what I need
I hit a puddle at speed earlier by mistake ..didn't see it as I came over the hill, no light came on however on restarting the disco about an hour later it popped up as usual and then stayed on.
Turned it off and on again thinking it was just a random thing and it stayed off for about 5 mins then came back on.
Soooo my question is how do you fix this problem or is it just a garage job needing a sensor reset ?
Details 98 300tdi ES spec
