Disco 1/RRC Roof Rack

Roof rack up for sale as i bought it with the intention of shortening it for my discovery, but decided its too tall for what i use my truck for. In good nick, no dents etc. Only bad bits are some rust where the coating has come off (pictured).

I don't have the fixings for it to fit it to the gutters. Be easy enough to make though.

How quickly does this fit to the roof? Is it quick and easy thing or take a bit of time?
