OK, so a friend of mine has a 1971 Range Rover with a worn out front axle and he's thinking of fitting a Disco 1 axle as a replacement. He's not concerned about originality because it was already bobtailed and fitted with a 300tdi when he bought it. So the question is will a Disco 1 axle bolt straight on? We are wandering if his original brake clippers will bolt on (they are the type with 2 flexible hoses to each calliper). Could there be other issues like the radius arms or pan hard rod not being compatible?
