Here's a one for the experts.n reg import.
On changing auto box for Manuel.
Renewed rear crank seal.brand new fly wheel holes all line up but a can't get it to fit crank.not slagging any one off so am not after that.but is the fly wheel to be that tight don't fancy damaging it.is it me or is it the fly wheel .the crank measures approximately 37.80 od.
Any thoughts anyone

Should be a good fit but not so tight it needs a battering to get it on. Is the hole for the alignment pin the problem maybe?

No not that it won't slide on till that point the pin and bolt holes line up.it sits on the very end of crank can't get it any further.

if you still have the original fly wheel measure them both to see if there is an misalignment, knocking it on does not sound like the best option, it may only need a few thou taken off to be a perfect fit, maybe just the peg hole enlarging to slip on measure it all up

+1 to all this. the diameter miked up from the crank should tell the engineering company what to bore it out to.
