Going to remove automatic box replace it with Manuel r380 box.
Do anyone know if my gearbox cross member would be ok.
And would the bell housing need replacing.?

Ok, I don’t, but the cross member is the same for auto and manual 300Tdi. Pn. ANR2278
And the part number for the clutch housing and T C housing are different,
Clutch housing for the Tdi is FTC2921
Torque converter housing for the Tdi is STC1581
