You must have a functioning central locking/security system if not the the fob programer wont help.

So if the fob you have has issues, such as, it won’t remobilise the engine when placed near the ignition switch, or the fob’s PCB or buttons are damaged, even if you have lost your fob or if you just require an additional fob, then Remote Key will send you a new replacement fob, which will require programmed to match your existing functioning security ECU, so they supply on loan the kit to program your brand new fob, and return the programmer and Remote key will return your deposit.

With your non functioning central locking you out why I doesn’t work manually, with a key in the drivers door lock, operating the master actuator, a simple readjustment or finding why the 12v supply isn’t at the actuator, get that working and the remaining 4 slave actuators should follow, with locking/unlocking, then try with the remote.
