Dim battery/ oil light.

Can anyone shed some light on the causes for a dim battery & oil light ?

It's not the bulbs as have checked those.

Usually moisture behind the dash and/or the copper strips that the bulb holders lock onto needing a clean.

Whip the bulb unit out (2 screws) give it a blast with a hair dryer, remove the offending bulbs, gently clean up the copper strips and refit bulbs

All mine were dim when I rebuilt it - the earth wire from the clocks was broken at the connector.
