Dilema?!!? (again)

Here we go again aboot dilemas!
Went and bought all the neccesseries tae do me swivel balls and wheel bearings yesterday
My plan was tae put these on me other bus and then swap the axles over when it's all dun and painted so's ah'm not off the road for any length of time.
Jacked up no.2 and noticed there's a bit of crud and rust...

I would go ahead and do it coz at end of day tou gonna have nice noo lookin axle wi no leaks.

Did you get LOTS of WD40 and a wire brush for your birfday?

I was gonna say the same thing! Yeah, clean it up, paint it and then waxoyl it - good as new, albeit a little bit thinner and a touch lighter

Decided tae go for the other axle, maybe just as well, cos managed tae get the swivel ball off one side
What a PITA!!! And ah broke one of the bolts holdin' the bottom pin in!!!
Just got tae figure out how tae get it oot

Might come tae that pos. There's a wee bit sticking out that ah can hopefully get a set of molies on, or maybe try and cut a slot and screw it out, but it's a bit tight!!

Manage tae catch me neighbour in, he welded a nut on and managed tae get it oot fur me
Got the housin' rubbed back and painted now, still waitin' fur sum parts that ah forgot but should be here the morn. once the swivel balls are dun, ah'll get the axle off and hopefully painted this weekend

I get the impression Tracey is definatley the brains of that outfit.
Fitted me noo front pipe the day, bit of a bloody nightmare! you gotta disconnect front prop an all sorts then when you get it in you find some monkey from bosal welded the bolts on wrong so you gotta get it back out and adjust with grinder!!!

Aye, ah'd say she was got a tellin' off from her the night, just cos ah didn't see her when ah ordered me parts was missin' a couple of gaskets, but ah'll get thum the morn
No sae guid aboot the downpipe. Ah wondered how ye got it out, somebody reckoned ye just wiggle it out from above. It's seemingly a tw@ tae get oot, but can be done without takin' stuff off.
