Diffo's between a series and a 101

There will be some items that are usable on both (door tops?) some interior dash fittings.

The engine & gearbox are (more or less) the same as the series 3 109" stage1 V8.

Axles are totally different. suspension, although leaf spring as in a series 3 standard rover, are much bigger (longer & wider)

bodywork is totally different too.
 
101 was based on early Range Rover; engine, gear-box, and adapted chassis rails.
Just aboput everything else is unique to the model, though obviousely there are a lot of parts rummaged from Landy stores.
Axles & springs are definitely different from almost anything else; and body obviousely.

Tis permantant 4WD, With the LT95 gearbox out of early range rovers and stage 1's.

Has 6 Stud Axels and the rims are quite hard to get hold of!

I will own one... one day :)

No, even they are different. Apart from the odd switch or dial I doubt there is much in common
