When say it on do you mean the lights on. or do you mean the difflock is on
jack it up at the front and try to turn the wheel. if it turns Difflocks not on. If it won't turn then it's definately stuck on.

Silly question, how do you know if it is on? I've got a '92 RRC (Vogue SE 3.9) and i have got a clue how to turn it on or off, or even if you can.

Aaaaah, that could mean a knackered diif, although i could be wrong (and often am, after all i have just bought a 1993 Skoda Favorit as a 'second' car)
