Difficulty changing down gear at speed

Hi chaps, ive noticed that if i try to change down gears at speed the gearbox starts trying to engage the gears even though i have my foot fully depressed on the clutch.

Any infos would be gr8 if any of you have experienced this before

Its either the slave or master clutch cylinder,

At best its missing fluid,

At worst the clutch fork is letting go

Also this section if for engines not gearboxes

Took her out for a good run today and concluded that maybe I'm just a bit rubbish changing gears. Going up gears is fine no prob, going down i wait a second or two the clonk the stick into gear. Time will tell i suppose if its the synchs.

baulk rings will be worn if box has done any miles ,how much is another matter oil change may help ,oil should be changed regularly anyhow
