Hi folks i have a reange rover p38 4.6 automatic, and i have problem with the start of my engine when is could. The temp here is not to low. 0-15 Celsius. After i start the car i can turn of and on without a problem. I have to take 5-8 sec the starter on to turn the engine on..... If i continue in this way i can damage the starter and other components like battery or other things like catalytic... Pleas helppppp :(:(:(:(:(:(

I have to check with a computer for the value?? or the connection from sensor to ecu???

Make sure the connector is clean. If it's dirty, clean it and see what you get. If the sensor has failed the wrong starting fuel settings will be being used by the ECU.

Exhaust manifold/gasket ok? When my manifold gasket was blowing it struggled to start, fine when engine was hot. Couldn't hear the blow when driving, only with the bonnet open.
