difference in front wings

hi all can anyone tell me the difference from td5 wings and 200 tdi wings as ive just fitted td5 wings tonight and my front sidelight and indicator wont go in (ive used my original 200 tdi ones) im guessing i need td5 ones?? my indicators on the side of the wing cant be used from the 200 either is there any other difference that are going to affect anything?

ok turns out he didnt sell me td5 wings there pre 200 tdi wings but my lights still wont fit i know 200 lights are different to the 300/td5 lights but are they different to the lights from a 2.5 n/a or td defender i went down to famous four and they gave me a choice of two lights but neither would fit please help i need to buy some lights tomorrow as i have my mot!

i had the same problem as i have a 200 or TD wing on the passenger side of my 300 so i got a hole cutter an made the hole bigger to fit the tdi indicators

hi mate there not td5 wings but my 200 lights still dont fit

300 onwards have the bigger holes with 2 screws 200 and earlier have small holes and 3 screws the earlier light including series lights will fit but can be a pain to wiggle in

maybe someone put 300 wings on my 200 truck before me then? these wings do have the smaller holes with the 3 screw holes its just when i went famous four yesterday the 200 lights they showed me still looked to big to fit

ive just rang the guy i bought the wings off they came off a d reg defender

if youve got 3 screw lights they should fit in

i often have to grease light holder to get them in or os yours miles away in size

They sort of started going in but only a bit but im sure i tried the rear holders and they seemed better?

some need wiggling in as rubber cover bunches up .lube them
