I've been looking through the older threads on various land forums fora!? And I came across one about Landy diff failures. It seems there are 2 reasons for this first is the went el cheapi on the bolts and only 2 are proper shouldered type and the lock tabs are mild steel and compress I've time and so loose the torque setting and become loose. The proper shouldered type bolts are no longer available but grade 8 washers and locktite are. Is it worth replacing the locking tabs with the hardened steel washers while the diffs are off for a rebuild.

Having in the past broken series diffs just about every way you can including shearing all the crown wheel to carrier as you have [ I think ] and parts no longer available I would use new HT bolts [ try an agri supplier, may have shouldered types ] and use a heavy duty locktight.
Others may have more answers to your problem.
