P38A Can anyone identify these parts.

Got a box of bits off a local Facebook seller. He said they were p38 and belonged to his deceased dad. I've been through it and a couple of bits were not p38 but lots are, some look new and apart from 2 bushes that are still in JLR bags, everything else is loose. I've identified a sunroof switch pack, wiper/washer stalk, time clock and some switches that are obvious and a 3 off door latches, one looks new, which I'm hoping are p38 and a switch, central locking motor and an srs ecu which I'm unsure about. Latches have two pics of each but which door? And a window motor, again which door? Locking motor which door?

You have latches with a green plastic clip and a red plastic clip, one is left hand to other is right hand but I can't remember which is which. The last photo is, I think, the fuel flap release solenoid.

Nice. At least they are p38 and not off a vw sharan or something.
Any clue on the ecu?

They are colour coded the same as nav lights on ships and aircraft. Port/Left is red, Starboard/Right is green.

The ECU has a part number, AMR4905.

Correct - for the non-matelots, remember that "there is always a bit of PORT LEFT in the bottle".

Think in addition to door latches (one with 'tail' is early P38), sunroof motor, brake switch for cruise control.
