Diff gone - advice please

So, AA confirmed my diff has met it's maker today. Have to find a second-hand one as I cant afford new or recon.

Any advice appreciated on what to look for when purchasing please.

Or, would it be better to get a complete axle?

Am I correct in assuming all Disco 1's have same number of splines? (search didnt answer my question)

IIRC 200tdi has 10spline 300's have 24splines
 
If replacing my diff, are there gaskets or consumables (other than EP90) that I'm going to need?
