diesel pump issue

can anyone help ,,,just changed the engine in my defender 300 tdi and realised the new engine has a diesel pump with a black box on the back and 3 wires instead of a single wire to the fuel cut off how do i wire this odd item up.

What was the engine out of, manual or automatic?

The black box is part of the original immobilizer circuit-underneath that black thing is the single wire to the solenoid-normally a tamper proof bit of metal needs cutting away carefully,to expose the solenoid underneath-or cut a slot in the shear bolts and undo them if you have access
