Under my disco with a rain mac!
Could this be true!
Ordered an oem rear stub axle seal from dls on flea bay for a disco 1 after vin ja, got a brit part ftc5268g oem seal that's way to small so landy all striped down on drive having to wait for the right one next week from a better supplier!
After looking on paddock this one seems to be for a pre vin code.
So lots of irregularities there!
Got to get cold on my motorbike now to work next week!

britpart are wholesaler that sell various parts pattern ,oe ,genuine ,branded etc ,there genuine is the same as lrs g on the end of number denotes that .if you want to pay lr themselves for the same part then do that order one for exact vin number ,but bear in mind a 20 year old truck may have had other parts or axles fitted

Thanks James, but I think I got given the wrong part as the seal I received is only half the size of the one that came out, and a little look up in a few suppliers confirms my thoughts of being given the wrong one and not as described! More annoying is having the old girl stuck in the middle of the drive.
Should have checked it first before I ripped it out!
