10th is good for us too , don't mind where ....but somewhere in between east n west might be good?
HAHAHAHA got three relays going in tomorrow ...don't know how much for parts n labour , but i'm going to have a little wager that i'll be short of £130 by tomorrow night .

+1 I reckon we should go to The lamb and flag in St Erth heard it's pretty good in there and the food may not take nearly a hour to arrive

Do you mean the Lamb and Flag at Canonstown on the A30. I don't think that's a good idea, hell of a trek for anyone that want to come down from East Cornwall.

Scorrier is close to the main road, and we only had to wait so long cos half the staff were off sick. Where we met Jess was pretty nice as well. :)

With food poisoning :hysterically_laughi ...only kidding.

Is it easy to find? I'll be taking the Merc if it's a fair way, just in case my ECU goes tits :)

Not too far off the A30, up the A389 to Wadebrige, the village is called Dunmere.

We met at Avers and went up in convoy last time, if you can lower yerself to cruising with the rusty discos ;)

I have cruise control ...or I have a speed limiter .. but i'm sure we could find it ...or Scorrier again , not bothered.:)

Me neither! Do I look bovvered!:D

Apart from the horns, that bull does look about right

Glad to see your still about, any progress on your Landy ?

Things break faster than I can fix them. Got new wheels, waxoyled, changed engine oil, greased prop shaft, had the dash off to sort electrics a few times, sorted the carb... (the list goes on)

But...
exhaust has holes, everywhere including under the carb which is blowing into the air filter and clogging it up (not to mention the daily dose of exhaust fumes when driving to work), the clutch master cylinder needed replacing which was fine and easy, tried to bleed the system and the nipple sheared right off so I need to do the slave cylinder too but I'm worried that if that shears off, I'll need to take the engine off to replace the sheared bit. It is currently under a regular spray with WD-40 to try and loosen it up xD

So yeah, backwards progress but it keeps the weekends busy :)

That sounds fairly normal for a twenty five year old landy, but fear not, you will get there in the end! :)

Wouldn't worry to much about shearing the nipple, slave cylinders are quite cheap. ;)

Heh yeah, I have one sitting next to me. I'm just too scared to try and unbolt the old one.

Its quite nice looking forward to spending time on it! No regrets ;)

Sent you a PM earlier Martyn, wonder if they aren't getting through again. We have got yer sandwich box. :)

Got your message this time just didn't have time to reply:)... I'm up for bodmin again that was pretty nice must be said and those burgers were great

I don't really know the White House, but the Shire is good. I am happy with any, but those are both a long way for any that want to come from East Cornwall.

The Dunmere pub was quite central :)

Haven't been to the White House for years , probably ok now the summer is over ...if we go to the Bodmin pub ...will anybody be actually coming from the East? If not then we should stick closer to home.

We went to the White House about 4 months ago and it was lovely but I'm happy to go anywhere
