Fookin top day's laning!

Many thanks to Funkykipper for organising and leading,
Psulli (and Mrs Psulli) for the pork pie and chip-fat fumes
and 110 Woman for the delicious cake.

Today I have learned that -
In Funkykipper's world, "a little overgrown" means impenetrable jungle.
You can make delicious cake from corgettes
Hawky is world champion at buying lemons
Vagrent likes coming up the rear
Roof racks can be made banana shaped

Sorry I had to bug-out early and got no pics at all.

Thanks again!

Oh dear.... You Acctually listened to kipper??

This is the bloke that (when I first started laning) told me I would be fine taking my range rover to Wales

His gentle lanes are often a challenge, BUT...with him behind the planning they are always top trips, not sure how he gets them so right all the time!

Gutted I couldn't make it :(

Awsome days laning yet again courtesy of Mr FK. :)

Interesting interpretation of " 110w should be ok to get though ".......thanks to Trewey's amazing lumberjack skills, both of the two unpassable trees were defeated. :) Think to be fair the third tree came off the better in roofrack vs tree competition, although i got through, just, with Hawky guiding me through the spare one inch gap. Mind you, straight roofracks are just like sooo last year, all the people leading the vanguard of style trends, have curves in theirs

Equally "interesting" was the lets go sit in the red on the temp guage and lose power game which i decided to play alot of today :( Actually only did it so that 5 blokes could stand around peering under the bonnet on a fairly regulary basis :p

Nice to see old faces and new and had a really great day :)

Night night. See you in the morning.

I now have to build a 110 with moooooosive roof rack template to fit my disco so I know if yours will fit.

Can't do frig all about the width as that was just my own poor judgement. :D :D

Happy I found my snorkel top from Wednesday though. :D :D

great day to lose my green laning verginity, and in such good company... thanks folks.
no damage either, even though i nearly sh*t myself when she kicked out of low going under that tree that jammed your roof rack 110w.
must remember that brakes dont work on down hill slate lol.

looking forward to the next trip.

a few basic pics.
had my hands glued to steering wheel most of time.

not sure if vid will upload but will try in a min

I think the most enduring memory of the day will be 110 Woman's "Get the fookin creepy crawly outa my Land Rover" dance.

tbf Trewey...there were a lot that managed to get in from the jungle we went through...i tthink the chip shop boys if front smoked them all out and they headed into the beast for refuge...and more importantly some of them were really big

That video had me laughing out loud at some moments.....vaggy cant get out his landy, vaggy cracking his shin, vaggy finding the cows and vaggy doing his anneka rice impression to name but a few. :D

Oh and you deserve a pint for effort involved in trying to capture a video :)
