thanks for advice but i have no fan. i got two big electric fans next to rad and a thermostat from a company called R.S PRODUCTS about 15 pounds some fan companys sell it for twice that.

Bleedin ell ant he got that sorted yet. here he is wafflin on about his turbo and he's not even done the job he came in here for.

theres only one bearing in the timming belt cover , on a 300tdi , its a lot diffrent than a 200 but i will try out some of the companys you have mentioned over the weekend.
