Sorry Mike, you're right. Probably shouldn't have mentioned it on a public forum but it bloody annoyed me to see it.

I don't see anything wrong in posting pics and voicing our feelings about it. We need to get the muppets off the lanes and pretending it doesn't happen won't help

Whens the next outing im proper up for it, getting tow bar off over nxt few days, id like to do it on a thurs or fri, nice group of us again and ill be there alday.

I may get chance to get a day out early April, I'll post something up soon as I know. If not it won't be till June as I'll be "working" in Morocco for most of April and May.

Sorry Guys, was hoping to sort a day out on the lanes before going away but a combination of too much to do, and a broken Disco, mean nothing doing till I get back
Will definitely sort something for the weekend of 31/05-1/06 but you may have to follow a slitty if I can't sort the Disco before I go

Just read through the thread, seriously jealous. Sounds like a great day out. If I had read this before I would have tried to tag along.

I've recently bought my 90 (well six months ago) and doing a daily commute from Sheffield to Buxton getting to know some lanes would be great for a bit of fun on the way home. I'm finding it very difficult to find green lanes around the area, I've been on one or two but by the sounds of it (29 lanes in one day) there are a lot more to be found! I bought an OS map to try and find some out, and done searches on here but I understand that sharing good lanes online can lead to some people abusing them. If any one would be so kind to PM me some that would be brilliant, otherwise I'll keep my eyes peeled for the next outing!

Oops. Be careful what you ask for. Some of the Neanderthals on here will be after your goonies for asking for lanes lol. Keep a look out for local trips on here. A group of us locals are regularly out in the Peak. More chance if you can make it on a weekday. Always glad to have new blood joining us. Also look on here for local meets as well as laning trips.

Thanks DavidSally. I understand it's a touchy subject! So apologies for asking. Will keep an eye out and register my interest for a day out, if some one would be kind enough to let me tag along. Weekdays are pretty much impossible for me due to work commitments. Evenings however are perfect, as I drive home through the peaks

We sometimes go night laning. Or a long days laning that you may be able to catch the final few hours of. Just keep checking in on LZ.

Sounds brilliant, that would even give me an excuse to buy the spotlights I've been lusting after!
