Deisel / Veg Mix

Hi I have a freelander 2.0 DI, on a V plate, ---will it run on desel / vegi oil blend

i can get hold of clean oil very cheap but dont want the hassle or expense of making bio fuel. I have had conflicting info so thought i would ask people who actually know

if anyone can help-what mix should i use and do i need to add anything to thin oil ect,?

Hummm, I'm not so sure that this is a good idea. Put it this way, I wouldn't do it.

I dont think the ECU's cope with the mixture too well.

search round for bio, it can be had for sub 50ppl if you pay cash

ran ours for 18months on it no probs.
