I have found somewhere that do complete and brand new doors for £200 a side does this sound good?? I need new doors for my defender but want the best condition for me money

Sorry should of mentioned that is for a complete series 3 door with glass aswell and YES brand new but don't know the value of series doors? I know defender doors are very expensive and like gold dust.

When you say series doors do you mean the 2 part doors? That price would be a bit high...but 1 piece fender doors with glass..new..blimey...cheap that is.

2 piece series doors new can be found cheaper than £200. 1 piece defender doors can't.

Sounds great!
If it was just a bit of rot in the door frame I would have suggested repairing it yourself. Repair sections are available from lots of places and are easily welded in.
But it sounds like yours are in need of a bit more TLC.

Two piece series type doors can be had from paddocks complete with glass for bout 120 quid ish. If your originals are one piece defender ones you'll need to change the strikers and find some handles/locks as well.
