Defender rear heater cable

Hi all
Any Ideas how you would attach the rear screen heater cable to the rear windscreen, mine has been cut off, I have re traced the cable, but am unable to attach it to the glass.
Have tried solder, but no go, even brought some solder glue from the states, but no good.

What next

Assuming you mean the heated rear screen, they normally have spade connectors attached at the edges of the glass. Two I think but I could be wrong

I think but may well be wrong, that these are the bits that have been removed and they want to replace.

Something like THIS

The spade conector to the live feed is missing from the glass, earth is ok.
I need to secure the live feed to the heater element somehow.

put a raised section of solder on it then super glue it on
