Yes. But all your cars get better mileage than what we do here. Plus we have to drive alot more than you do.

Example went grocery shopping yesterday and stopped at a farm market on the way home for fresh veggies total miles was 58 miles on a SUV getting 12mpg. Going to nite for a BBQ at the sons house and another 50 plus miles round trip.

Driving 100-125 miles a day for work or shopping is nothing. The Mrs says things are closer in brit land . here you have to drive every where.

I myself before i retired from farming would drive 60k miles a year just for work

So if I drive say 10k a year in brit land look at what i would save on fuel costs?

Money in my pocket.

They all ready have land rover importera in the usa. All the defenders are left hand drive and v-8 petrol.

It'd be nice to have some diesel land rovers over here, so that I'm not left wondering how in the hell to fit a 4BT Cummins in my Discovery.

Its just 12 MPG from a 4.0L engine is kind of pathetic.

I think Defenders have to be at least 20 years old before they can be imported into the US?
I could be wrong.
