Defender noisy front wheel

Hi everyone ive got a intermittent sound like a dog barking coming from front offside wheel it's barks to the same rotation as wheel, just tried putting new calipers and pads on front and made no difference had the disc checked running straight could it be a wheel bearing or deeper inside axle
