98 110 CSW, the immobiliser has given me problems in the past resulting in
getting an upgrade from LR for the spider that failed after 11 months ( in
rural France !!! ) this was then replaced under warranty again.
Being the cynical type I would like to remove the bl***y thing altogether;
anybody know if this is possible ? I have asked a well known franchise in
Kent who said no, but I find it hard to believe.

Anyone involved in alarms etc will be able to knobble it. Check
with your insurers first though.
