Selling my Defender as I need a more comfortable vehicle - bought a Rangie today. She's a hybrid, built on a shortened chassis - 100" wheelbase - with a 300 TDi and standard Defender gearbox and transfer box. Salisbury rear axle and disc brakes all round. Excellent chassis and engine. 300,000 on the clock, but the engine has probably only done 100,000. NEW gearbox last summer, cam belt just changed. Over £8K spent on upgraded including Roverdrive, Exmoor 1/2 leather modular heated seats, Exmoor metal cubby box, Exmoor wooden steering wheel, winch, rear storage box, Raptor dash, pod and roof console, Blaupunkt bluetooth radio, extra instruments, Eberspacher heater, 2 Anderson sockets, extra 12 volt sockets in rear, USB sockets, roofrack ,Optima battery, uprated alternator, 2nd battery and split charge, heated windscreen, underbonnet soundproofing, chequer plate, Wolf wheels. crystal headlamps and Cibie spotlamps, etc etc. MOT until June - no advisories last 2 years. Done long European trips last 2 years. A brilliant truck! £oiro £6250
