price well i got to get back wot i paid for them £60.00 and thats not with the postage that i had to pay on top ,, so if ya know of anyone that wants these let me know

They are listed for Series landrovers.
I didnt think you could fit them to discos or defenders.

They are used on the series when in 2wd to aid fuel economy.
Defenders are 4wd so I dont think they will work.

they will fit a defender td5 as well as disco 300 tdi etc there should be a center diff gear replacement to give rwd unless in difflock the last kit i got was over £120 the diff bit is great for fitting an lt230 into a series
 
from my understanding there useless on a fender as there permanent 4x4. The freewheeling hubs were for series vehicles that were not permanent 4x4.

They must be sold for 24spline axles that people have fitted to a series vehicle with original transfer box?

there is a way to select two and four wheel drive on a 24 spline system, this may or may not be fitted to a disco or defender though.
it could be transmission parts retro fitted to a series and in this case would need 24 spline free wheeling hubs :)
 
Benny, you still got your detroit in the axle?

Bet that would be a funny combination, detroit and free wheeling hubs. :lol:

they are useless with out the diff part ,i have plenty of wheel ends like those as do a few after fitting the lt230 in series unless you weld rear center diff sun gear to the housing
