Famous four I will never use again they sold me a SH dodgy gearbox when I was a student!! Fitted but reverse gear missing teeth so a waste of my time they were less than helpful when incomplained aswell. An engine that had a dodgy oil pump gear fitted ( in fairness they may never have known) but not using them again ever!! That was 2003/4 nice guys at Peterborough

Could you not ring them and ask to cancel order with full refund and re order elsewhere.

I will tomorrow it is not that I have been stopped by not getting this stuff it's more surprise how consumer rights can be so totally neglected Well thanks all for backing me up. I also want to give cred to British parts and Paddocks for excellent service thou get info promptly if their out of stock

So talked to them one order appear to have been cancelled and one is dispatched but their system couldn't tell when they promised to investigate I'm now awaiting the refund and an explanation.

My expectations are not too high..but if they can track the dispatch and refund the 2nd order I''ll be ok with that as I had already put it on my "stupidity loss" account. I should have chased this harder from beginning.

Hi guys, sorry to drag this one up again, but having just ordered stuff from Defender Bits I am worried as the parts haven't arrived and I can't get any reponse from email or phone. Is this supplier still in business or have I just wasted my money?
