I posted this a coupla weeks ago, you can get them on ebay for about a tenner a pair (or just unbolt some from one in a car park if you have a 13mm socket handy and don't need the captive nut) 
Keep takin' those pills grunt... in fact let me know what they are I cud do with some!
Now that I have the manuals I don't have to ask the silly questions anymore

Any how Paddocks, or was it Craddocks have foot holders fer 4 pund summink. Look on the chassis bit for grab handles.
