what's that prop? it looks non standard and too short

have you tried having someone taking out of diff lock, and putting it in first. then having someone else stick their head under and seeing if both props are spinning?

Oooppps, just looking at that picture, I realised my rear prop is on backwards.

Take the truck out of diff lock. 1st gear lift clutch up and the truck won't move.. Leave clutch up and get out to take a look underneath. Which prop is Spinning? Whichever prop spins the problem is that end.

The prop shaft does not in any way look non-standard, and nothing to indicate that it is too short either. At least, not in my opinion.

drum yoke looks different to any i've seen and it looks pretty extended when there's no articulation happening.
