Defender 110 Td5 Oil & Grease?

Hi,
Can anyone advise what engine oil to use in a 2002 Td5 engine?
Also where do I need to grease anywhere?
and finally what oil do i need for the drive systems? (Gear Box & Diff Box)
It has been some time since i have tinkered on vehicles and had to buy oil......

I hate modern vehicles, as you don't / cant do anything to them.......

Any help / advice would be appreciated.

Been covered many times and I'm sure I'll forget something but it's EP90 for Tbox and diff's Mtf94 for Gbox. Castrol multi grease for all nipples on props and steering arms and 5w/30 for the engine.
