Defender 110 sunroof leak RTC5942 alternative?

Hi everyone,
I really need to change the rubber seal for my sunroof however I can not find a replacement anywhere.
Its part number is RTC5942.
Would anyone know of another seal that is the same and I can still get hold of?

I have tried various things such as cleaning it, Vaseline etc.. but I think its just knackered now and needs replacing.
