Hi guys, I've recently bought a 110 utility 2.4 tdci 2010, the wife was driving it and the battery light came on, it started to make a burning smell and a metallic noise/wearing noise, from the engine bay, the stereo stopped working, she pulled over and I went to see what was up, anyway after a little while the stereo came back on but it wouldn't start, all the dash lights would come on but wouldn't turn over or start, I recovered it to my local garage 2 minutes away, they said it was the starter, they put a brand new one on and it was good to go again, but today on the way home from work the same thing happened again, battery light burning smell stereo turned off wearing noise, and when I turned it off it wouldn't start again. Any ideas guys?
