I'm sure this must have been asked before, but as I'm new to this forum here goes.........
I have a Range Rover (2003) HSE which I have now owned for almost 5 years, and last night when I got in the car to travel home from work, I turned on the headlights and all was fine, but then within a few seconds the dashboard lights (and console) went very dim almost out.
On the way home I has cause to stop the car at a level crossing so I switched everything off and on again, and again for a few seconds the dash lights came on but then dimmed again.
Same thing this morning on the way to work.
I have very little experience of cars (since my youth when I was shown how to change a cylinder head on a Morris Minor) so can any replies take this into account?
Many Thanks
