Hi all have just got my 1999 rr back after engine rebuild and it has a warning saying "max 20mph" does anyone know what this could be?

I thought it was a suspension problem but it changes ride height OK

any help would be very appreciated
cheers

on official handbook it says
MESSAGE MEANING WHAT TO DO
SLOW:MAX 20MPH your road speed is too high slow down to less than
for the current ride height 20 mph

so maybe something to do with the controller of the 4 lights

why wont it show as ive written it?
should read
MESSAGE SLOW:MAX 20 MPH
MEANING your road speed is too high for the current ride height
WHAT TO DO slow down to less than 20 mph
so maybe something to do with the controller of the 4 lights

it should look like this
flux%20capacitor.jpg

And make sure its the right rating, it should be 1.21 gigawatts

sounds like your centrifugal clacker valve is fooked:D

They are just yanking your chain. Push in on your signal indicator until you get the message "speed control off" This should take care of it. Look it up in your owner's manual.
