Dash Ribbon question

Hi All,

I've been trying to sort out my indicator issue and have now found lots of corrosion on one of the terminals for the warning light bulb.

Without looking thoroughly it appears the ribbon is also corroded at the same point. My question is can these be cleaned or replaced? Same goes for the bulb holder I guess. Easier to replace with a shiny one than clean it!
