D90 200tdi brake pipe layout

Evening all,

Im just coming to the point of re-piping my 200 Tdi 90, after a full rebuild.

Stupidly i did not take any photos of the brake pipe layout. So im a bit confused as what goes where, and its been a good 6 months since i took them off.

Right, so heres what i need to know. And if anyone has any pictures that would be great.

It is a 2 port master cylinder system with a G-valve on the chassis rail and rear drum brakes.

Which port on the master cylinder does what

Front port (nearest windscreen).........

Rear Port (Nearest headlights)...........


Where does the front line T-piece mount?

I have searched everywhere and cannot find a diagram or any pictures.

Pity I didnt see this earlier today as i had our '88 Ninety in our workshop this evening....won't be back til Weds Evening, so if you haven't had any replies or not worked it out by then, I'll see what I can see.

It's a sticky on the main defender page, I downloaded the lot as it's a really useful reference for part numbers and exploded diagrams
