I just collected my car from my service garage (Land Rover specialist) where they replaced the aircon compressor.
Now, I have a high pitched whine noise as I drive. The intensity of the whine changes with the revs of the engine as it changes gear (automatic) and is not present if I engage neutral and rev the engine.
I returned the car to the garage and they say it is coming from the turbo unit and is nothing to do with changing the aircon.
I'm very puzzled by this as it wasn't making the noise before I took it to them and now it is suddenly making the noise.
Any ideas gratefully received?
