D3 clunk

Hi all looking for some help ive recently started to get a clunk in my discovery 3 . Its a single clunk when i go to mlve off in reverse and again when i go to move forward again it doesnt do it if i move very slow theres no clunks when car is in motion just the original take off in reverse and again when i go to move forward any help would be great thanks

When was the handbrake system last inspected, cleaned and adjusted ?
