Autobox input would be one of hem fancy bearings things.
Buy a recon box from Ashcrofts and fit n' forget.
Unless you have already been in one they are not pleasant things to play with and the fact that you have to be surgically clean with everything pretty much removes them from the average DIY mechanocs abilities.
If you don't mind S/H risks then they can picked up quite cheap but be warned, prices are not as low as one might hope and fast approaching rebuilt box money!!!
