For all you mechanics out there need bit of advice on this important part is it best to go for original about £450 or aftermarket about £40 quid per side and why such a hike in price cheers for advice before I order

I did mine on a :andy ages ago and aftermarket only lasted few months. They are vital and can be catastrophic when they go wrong. I would go original or OEM

Sorry peeps not yet on my own bus but I've used blue Print in customers cars before, suspension arms, cv joints.
My preferred is meyle hd series, Lemforder, Febi but they don't make cv joints for our machines unfortunately.. :( other than blue Print, they the only name I would trust other than britpart. over £500 at rimmbros for a genuine part...

You say you have used the cv joints in customers cars mark with no complaints or come backs had a look I can’t understand the price hike for originals there can’t be that much difference in quality surley

I've just fitted a set of blueprint bearings and cv's to my P38. I've always used their stuff on all my other cars without any failures, they're not the cheapest but the quality is definitely up there. OEM/LR parts are always very expensive.

I have yes, but some people don't keep a car for more than 3 yrs, but the ones who have and have had blue Print have never complained about previous work. So far :D :)

I’ve had a look at a few sites one site says they got febi ones I think but it says left hand are they all left and right hand cheers for advice
